Our client is a leading manufacturer of home and personal care products.
• Participate in creating modern trade strategy & commercial plan for each type of modern retail outlet (MRO) in line with the marketing strategy.
• Ensure through understanding of the MOfT strategy within each employee of the department
• Lead key account team to develop annual account plans for all key customers
• Ensure excellent relationships with the MofT
• Effectively utilise the promotional resources dedicated to the channel
• Use past information, learning and global best practices to enable trade marketing to create innovative programmes that will attract the consumers. Effective execution of the same.
• Co-ordinate with marketing team to ensure effective & attractive format of visibility tools and POP
• Work with his team and customer marketing to develop effective incentive package for customers to enhance business development
• Analyse market trends, consumer preferences and provide inputs on the same to marketing
• Ensure securing space in festive season
• Negotiating trading terms with the MofT
• Create a 3 month rolling forecast
• Continuously lead the team to adapt new way of working. Ensure continuous employee development
