2. Team Management
To lead, manage, support and develop the trade, model trade and project channel in the south to achieve the company’s objectives
3. Target Achievement
To achieve sales target, margin% & value, Open new customer, model trade and project channel in the south as agreed.
4. Sales Planning & Monitoring
To review and submit monthly reports on accounts receivable and sales forecasts, along necessary with corrective action plans to management and other channel in order to monitor performance standards and for effective planning
5. Sales Prospecting
To identify new customers & new markets that will provide for trade and project growth
6. Order & Delivery
Provide input and support to Logistics and Supply Chain OPL, OG... to facilitate delivery of goods.
7. Customer Satisfaction
To ensure all commitments to customers are fulfilled as promised
8. Building Customer Relations
To establish and strengthen relationships with customers and influencers to ensure the Company is the preferred choice
9. Account Management
To manage and develop all accounts and Trade, model trade and project distributor as business partners program.
10. Deploy Marketing Initiatives
To support and deploy marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives
11. Lighting Expert
To be and to ensure channel is fully competent and conversant in all aspects of lighting and applications.
12. Training & Technical Support
To provide proper product and sales training to the staff in order for them to carry out their duties effectively

Job Requirement:
• Good command of English
