Our client is a leading company in agricultural consumer goods.
Be responsible for assisting Financial Controller to manage the day-to-day financial activities of the company to ensure all financial practices & policies adopted and practiced are in accordance to Vietnam laws, regulations and accounting principles etc.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist Financial Controller to establish business plan and budget then monitor their implementation.
• Be responsible for coordinating the communication inside of Finance Department and communication with other Departments. Connect with local taxation bureau and banks, keep effective relationship with them.
• Check payments, expenditure and other accounting documents, consolidate and manage financial policies, management procedures and other files.
• Audit bank reconciliation statements, cash inventory statements, etc regularly, ensure financial health of the company.
• Coordinate the checking of stock and fixed assets regularly, insure company capital to ensure the safety of the capital.
• Verification of account regularly, find out the reasons if there are some differences in the accounts, handle financial reconciliation when check up account.
• Modify and perfect accounting policies, management procedures, accounting formats, etc. analyze financial framework, ensure all financial exchange, systems and procedures are in accordance to China laws and accounting principles.
• Assist Financial Controller to manage Financial Department, monitor all accounting documents, reports and accounting files, ensure they have been checked and filed.
• Complete other works which are arranged by Management.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related field.
• At least 5 to 6 years’ experiences in Financial function and at least 3 years experiences as a Financial Supervisor or Manager both in JV/MNC and FMCG environment.
• Medium Level Accountant Certificate or above.
Desired Qualities/Skills
• Be proficient in following financial policies and skills: taxation law, financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, financial forecast, etc.
• Be familiar with accounting practices & policies, tax law and other taxation relative policies.
• Be familiar with bank business and tax declaration process.
• Skilfully use financial software and office software, such as MS Word, Excel and preferable to have SAP or Oracle or JD Edwards Accounting experience.
• Good oral and written English ability.
• A second degree in English or having studied abroad in an English speaking environment would be an advantage.
• Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
