• Identify procurement strategies to ensure cost effectiveness and process optimization for the assigned material fields.
• Contract and price negotiations for assigned material fields to contribute to the profitability of the company.
• Monitor contractual agreements to ensure contracted suppliers comply with negotiated terms and conditions.
• Undertake supplier management, perform supplier appraisals and to provide up-to-date information on suppliers' performance.
• Report savings target and achievement levels to create transparency to purchasing activities.
• Develop effective work process for responsible material group and undertake administration responsbility to ensure efficiency of process.
• Lead and optimize planning for material availability (local and imported goods) and production scheduling in a timely, cost effective and efficiency so as to enhance/improve lead time to meet and exceed customer delivery request.
• Maintain and optimize inventory levels/safety stock/batch size, material lead time.
